Coleen K. Walker, MS, SHRM-CP
Coleen Walker, Principal of Inside Crown, Inc., brings over 25 years of extensive expertise in the Human Resources field. Her diverse background encompasses extensive experience in DEI initiatives, governance training, and human resource consulting and training across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As an accomplished facilitator, Coleen promotes open dialogue, fosters collaboration, and maximizes team potential in various settings, including board meetings, staff retreats, and community engagement forums.
She has collaborated with executive leadership to establish and implement shared services for organizational effectiveness across all company divisions, which encompassed management development, new hire onboarding, client development, marketing, and new business development. Additionally, she has provided coaching and professional development for client employees and re-designed HR recruitment, training, and development packages. She has provided workforce development services for the retail, entertainment, sports, and childcare industries, such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training (including hands-on training), business assessments and coaching, and job search strategies.
